The Lightning War: Shadow Of The Storm

Captain Maria Roszak faces her greatest challenge yet in this gripping sequel to Rising Storm. When Aurora Systems attempts to seize control of Polonia Prime's advanced drive technology through corporate espionage and sabotage, Maria and her crew aboard Błyskawica find themselves at the center of a conspiracy that threatens to reshape the balance of power throughout human space.

After surviving a devastating attack that nearly destroyed their ship, Maria must navigate treacherous political waters as evidence emerges of high-level collaboration between Aurora Systems and elements within the Anglo-Saxon Coalition. With stolen technology being weaponized into instruments of mass destruction, Maria races against time to expose the truth before compromised drive units can be deployed throughout civilian shipping lanes.

As Polonia Prime forges new alliances with the Neo-Russian Empire, Maria leads a daring series of operations to strike at the heart of Aurora's weapons program. But corporate spies and military infiltrators lurk in the shadows, forcing her to question who she can truly trust. When the final confrontation comes, Maria must risk everything to prevent Aurora's quantum weapons from falling into the wrong hands.
