This website is run by the author who writes as Miles Phoenix. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The books, excerpts, cover art and website text are protected by copyright and belong to the author or the artists and licensors who created them. You may read and share links to the site. You may not copy, republish or sell its content, in whole or in part, without written permission. Short quotations for reviews are welcome.

Free ebooks, such as the prequel novella, are for your own personal reading. Please don't upload, share or sell the files. Point friends to this site instead, so they can get their own copy.

Free ebooks are delivered by BookFunnel. Getting one also adds you to The Lightning Crew reader list, which you can leave at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email. How your email address is handled is covered in the privacy policy.

Direct ebook sales are processed by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. Your purchase, payment, sales tax, receipt and refunds are handled under Lemon Squeezy's terms.

Ebooks are DRM-free EPUB files. Buying one gives you a personal licence to read it on your own devices. It does not permit sharing, reselling or publishing the file.

Books bought or borrowed through Amazon, Kindle Unlimited or other stores are governed by that store's terms. This site only links to them.

The author works to keep the site accurate and available, but can't promise it will always be error-free or online. Book descriptions, prices and release plans may change.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be excluded by agreement.
